In 2016, we are working on memorizing some key passages in the Bible (we are also studying these passages in the adult Sunday school class). We have worked through Psalm 1 and Ephesians 1:3–14. On August 28, we will begin working through Isaiah 52:13–53:12. The notes from previous discussions are available under the “Bible Study Notes” tab at the top of the page. Whether or not you join us for class, we would love for you to join us in memorizing God’s word in 2016.
This fall we will be looking at various passages of Scripture from the book of Luke and how they help us understand who we are supposed to be as the church. This coming Sunday (9/25) we will be looking at two sides of the gospel message and two responses to these sides from Luke 4:21–30.
We gather on Sundays around 9:30 for a light breakfast, coffee, and fellowship. We then have elementary, junior & senior high, and adult fellowship classes beginning around 9:45. Our worship services begin around 11:00 with singing, prayer, and time spent looking at what the Bible says to us, followed most mornings by a time of corporate discussion based on the morning’s Scripture passage.
